Make and Technology:	Maxed-out PU fish blank, volan cloth, pinstripes, gold metal flake over red, yellow, and orange pigments. Thick stringer. Red X fins are adjustable: If surfing as a twin, slide them back; If tri-fin, slide the side fins forward. Heavy but strong board (how I wanted it).

Rails, Specifics:	Low-rocker (nearly flat) with belly (rounded V-bottom) in nose going to to double concave at fins. Soft rails go hard about 2/3 back. Swallow tail fairly deep but not retro-style.

My Opinion About:	Fun and fast once it's going. Not for lightweights. The board I wished I had when I surfed Pavones a couple times in 2001.

Make and Technology:	Hand-shaped epoxy polystyrene (EPS) quad-fin big guy shortboard. Dual parabolic stringers that extend into the tips of the swallow tail. Rainbow Lok-Box fins: front fins are 100% foil on outside, rear fins have 80% foil on outside edge, 20% on inside edge.

My Opinion About:	Hardest board to ride I've ever tried. Good for fast down-the-line pointbreak. No rail turns, only polish the face with front half of board. More collectible for its transitional place in surfing history than a "rider."
