| Friday 1/6/11... Great south WNW swell for all of california. went out around 3 at 32nd jetty, newport beach in the afternoon. not too many guys in the water. plenty of overhead sets with some going 2-3 feet overhead. caught a huge bomb with other surfers cheering and i was hauling down the line. after a couple turns, i whipped into a nice long barrel. I couldn't stop smiling | |
