Take the Coastal Highway towards Empire Hotel if coming from Muara or somewhere near there, turn back the opposite direction at the Empire roundabout and head back along the highway for 1 or 2kms. There will be a big sign saying Pantai Tungku 300m. Turn left off the highway down the side road. Follow it until you reach the reclaimed land/giant wave breaker. Drive across it to the left or right (whichever beach you are after).

Additional Information
Just park your car on the man made headland. Takes 30secs to walk from their. On big days, best to climb down the rocks to jump in behind the break, unless you feel like a struggle. It's also quite shallow and sometimes hard to duckdive etc. Watch out for the middle break on a good day - probably the best Brunei has to offer.

Sunday Surf - Got there at about 12-ish. Waxed my board and went out for a look. Came back a little dissapointed at 1st. Waves weren't all that flash. Tide started moving in and the set just got bigger and bigger. 7ft consistant which is excellent for Brunei.
