Windsurfing at BWB? Yo dudes, I'm gonna be staying in HK for 6 months come Jan 09. Can pp windsurf at BWB? Are there shops renting out windsurf equipment?

hiring in reply to the person below me, there is a shop at bwb called surf 360, impossible to miss on the way down, they do many boards. Ask for nelson or waterman, he should tell you when the best day to go is.

Going to Big Wave Bay? If you want to find Big Wave Bay, ask a local who speaks English to write down on a piece of paper "Big Wave Bay" in Cantonese. This will help you get a cheap taxi up and over the hill past Shek-O. But you will need to take the subway or bus. I forgot the name of the town down below. But people can easily direct you to a bus. You don't need to bring a wetsuit. And you can rent good boards from Mrs. Fo in the restaurant at the beach.
