Jhunan beach can be ok sometimes but it's usually washed out and windy. Nonetheless, the locals are cool and Spot 10 is a cool spot to relax.

I haven't spotted crazy Alexander from Hawaii lately, word is gained 50 pounds and took up NASCAR...

This is more of a wind surfing beach,though you do get some messy choppy waves for your long board.On a good day you can get a chance to use your shortboard.This beach has Strong wind and rip,dark green water with low visibility.But There's a local dude called ah-dah who runs a surf shop there,check out his mad skills when he's out windsurfing with his mates, such as Crazy pete from Sinzoo and insane alexander from Hawaii.People are friendly and when there's no surf you can always chill at the surfshop with a drink called Ah-dah's anal fire.

Yeah man the surfs kuk but a great place to chill and take up a different sport, kiting, windsurfing skimboarding etc. Everyone there is well friendly a much nicer atmosphre than the one created by all the "un local" wankers who reckon they are local!

Chilled out beach bar in the coastal forest near the beach. Like being in Bali!
Great Taiwanese folk glowing through and wicked selection of gear.
Dorm space with aircon and they have a fab, cheap menu.
