Turtles is the next reef out along the point. Rock is before that, then before Rock is Platies. You can paddle the channel from Mooloolaba or drive to Pt Cartwright through Kawana.

This is a very very shallow fast short intense wave, you will find your sponge sliding along dry in da bazza (Edit : the barrel).
My fave wave, best bodyboarding wave on the Sunshine Coast.

this place goes off - ive ridden it about 6 ft and once you drop in and look down the line you just see this solid wall of water ahead then look below when youre getting barrelled and it seems as though your ridin rock thats what you call shallow
