just head into Kilcunda from Melbourne and follow the dirt track "Shelly Beach" just opposite the Killy pub.. Named after Phillip Island's Express Piont.
Very short fast barrel can be obtained here as this place picks up a fair amount of swell. a hammering is in order here when it's big, and it can get mighty shallow.

Yeah this is the break just prior to the Killy pub as the post says. Can also be a slight point break on a larger swell. There are other Shelly beaches just before San Remo and past Cat Bay as well

i dont think that ne1's been bit, but due to the large seal colony, the island is where the biggest white ever caught was.
