the point of rocky point - yesterday i surfed with seals and whales, the sections were fast at first then bowling on the inside. not big, you need to ride a fish to be ideal, i ride a single fin retro and pocket myself in the deepest impact point of the wave. rockies isn't for surfers that want to be cool. it's just a wave with mechanical action and a peaceful surround.

$10 u idiot! - rockys goes off on its day. you probably just dont know the right time to surf there. the swell needs to be 3m or over with south or sw winds. there is an inside section that barrels if you ride the wave straight and on the second peice of shallow reef about 30m in it sucks up and tubes. great fun wave for bodyboarders like me.

Mr H - Had Rockys on a 6 meter swell, it was awsome, barrels 300 meter rides 6 people in the line up didn't see you there that day $10.00 man!!!!
