Morro Negrito
Has anyone been to Morro Negrito recently? I am wondering if things are better there now.

Surf near Decameron
We are going to Decameron in July and are looking for beaches to surf not so far away from the hotel. Can anyone give me information?

Do not stay at Hotel Punta Brava!!!
The owner of Hotel Punta Brava, Jose Crespo, has been paying off authorities in attempt to claim land that is not his. In 2006 he payed off the law to support him in destroying the home of a woman local resident located down by the estero beach. Crespo and his payed off guards tore the shack down claiming the land was his. He never won the rights to land and nothing ever happened to him for his actions. Two weeks ago he tore down Kenny's surf camp the same fraudulent way. Now he has a civil lawsuit against him with more than 70 residents of Santa Catalina signed on against him. As residents of Santa Catalina we urge you to inform yourself and choose your lodging accordingly. Those who continue knowingly to stay at Hotel Punta Brava will not catch a single wave. Thanks for the support.
