Located inbetween Playa de Las Americas y Los Cristianos. South of the Spanish Left and McDonalds. The entry for the wave is right in front of the disco "liquid" and north of the man made tide pool. It has the same as La Darecha
The bar Metropolis was a part of Hotel Conquistador, giving the name to the surfspot "el Conquistador".
This wave needs a south swell to work properly. When the wave is on there are some very vertical sections. With larger swells depending on the direction, the first section can close out creating two take off points. The middle seccion can be fast and vertical. Be carefull on the inside seccion because there is a large rock and when the tide is high it is submerged.
Overview
Atmosphere
A fun easy wave where the atmosphere is relaxed. When the direction of the swell is from the south this is the spot to go if you are in the area. a good alternative when La Derecha gets crowded and too competitive.
General
A fun wave with playful sections. Very mellow compared to the other waves in the area.
K16 is an expensive place... and the boss could be more friendly!

little spanish wankers
I surfed everywhere in the world, but never had this many problems with locals as at conquistador. The other spots it's no problem, but at this place the locals protect it with an annoying attitude. At conquistador I didn.t see any tourists, just a group of 20 little annoying spanish cockroches with a lot of noise and yelling and little repsect for anything which they don't no.
