Nothsea is not a ocean so there are only windswells. Best bet is after a big storm. Also look for lowpressure systems near Norway and Denmark. Surf and have fun.
Atmosphere
In summer time a real tourist place (lots of Germans). There are a few but friendly, hardcore locals. Watch out for the Kiteboarders,

Surfing here sucks, the waves are crapy but I don't care because I want to surf.

waves - Good waves the last weeks. I got a view big ones. This spot can be quit good and its not crowed. You see not more than 15 man in the water on a good summer day and in the winter not more than 5.
