After the Village of Costa da Caparica, just go along the road until you see the sign Praia da Rainha;. You will have to pay to park the car 1€ for whole day(only july and august).
After the Praia Nova you have Praia da Saúde and then Praia da Rainha, the only beach with guard parking.
Has i told the you must pay the park 1€ for a whole day but only for july and august! I´ve stayed there in the summer and caught a good swell with 1m waves, hollow and very fun!
It was hot and i surfed only with shorts and shirt.
