Take Grand ave to Mission Blvd. Then Right on Mission, left on Felspar. Check the surf from the cul-de-sac, don't hang there too long or you'll get a ticket. Parking on side streets.

the pier and the old surfer motel is where I started surfing in '68. I can remember renting a board there and waxing it up and some dude in speedos with hair on his back eating seaweed told me I was doing it wrong. The wax goes on the bottom and the sand goes on top
