Scooter rental with board rack - Hey Guys, me and a mate are heading to Floripa for 2 weeks in april, cant wait! I'm trying to find somewhere to hire scooters with board racks, anyone know where I can do this. Also where the best night life on the island, I've heard there are some pretty mean pool parties in summer?

surf trip feb - Myself and the gf are heading to santa catarina for 3 weeks in feb.Was thinking of renting a car and doing a week in florinapolis and the rest down south. Any tips on board purchase/rental, car rental and accommodation would be greatly appreciated.Hopefully the flood damage isn't too bad.

Read all your comment on Florianoplis. Sounds nice... Im thinking of going to Praia Mole (Don't worry, Im not bringing a crowd of people...) Gonna stay there for two months. Got any recommendations of housing and a place to buy a used board?

floripa surf - check out nexussurf.com, i did a package with them and it was awesome -- stayed in best part of island, right in front of kick a$$ beach, and had everything taken care of, surf, restaurants, partying... amazing vacation.

1. Anyone have contacts for renting apartments in Floripa?
2. Where would be a good location for the surf and still close to the city?

Bodyboarding - What's the best spot for bodyboarding? Or are there a zillion? Been surfing since college in Santa Cruz, CA back in the 70's (go Steamers!) and living in Florida US with lame waves for 20 years. I go prone now because I'm getting older and have back problems. I am moving to Floripa and would appreciate the input.
