The waves are bigger on the southern part of the beach but paddling out is hard when big. The waves in the northern part of the beach are smaller, but there is a channel to paddle out.

quality wave
This wave must be a regional classic, when breakes you can get a long ride with tube sections. Here you always have waves no matter the swell power.

A mediocre spot!
I surfed it back a few years ago, month of january. chilly water and lots of paddling to stay in place. Not a long wave. just a regular ride with sandy and rock bottom. They say it breaks best on a north swell. I wouldn't know!
