Barnicles - Take care on the submerged boulders on entry/exit. Barnically encrusted, seen a dude face plant, claret central...ouch

Day trip - Magnet is a primo day trip- naturally wait for a big phat south swell which curls round banks p and misses chch alltogether. early morning and at the low tide coming in usually is best, be friendly and keep it clean guys n girls- also overthe hill at tumbledown can be good for the learners (nice sandy beach to). ps the farmer is a legend for giving pretty good access to the beach!!

Photos? - If any of you out there are or know of the people that submitted the photos of magnet....?I was wondering when they were taken/who the surfer was looks like the same guy in a couple of them?
