to "USA Surfing" kid - Hey Jersey Kid,

Stoked to hear you are surfing a bunch in Jersey. I hope you get good waves on your travels. I also hope you realize locals all over the world, whether they be in Ireland, or Nor Cal where I live, don't want to have any surfers show up to their breaks and "show them how it's done." I've been all over the world, more than once on the sole mission of catching waves. A low profile, respectful attitude will get you a lot further than any bravado. You seem like you weren't meaning to talk shit. This is honestly not meant to be the typical venomous surf chat, that unfortunately shows just how little surfers seem to like one another. Just a suggestion from one American who travels and surfs to another, who seems a little younger.
Share some! = Get some!!!!

Carrots - If you surf this place, take a carrot for Gary William ... he is the donkey who hangs around by the car park. He also likes jam tarts and would be stoked if you gave him one ... a tart that is.

no title - I'm from Jersey, too. I'm proud of New Jersey and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the U.S. However, there are no world class spots in New Jersey. Even the points of New England don't quite make the world class status. Certainly, predominantly closed out beach break isn't going to either. Jersey's harder breaking spots are usually closed out and the places that aren't closing out are smaller and weaker. Do the elements come together? Yeah once in awhile a wave may barrel down the line for a good 30-40 yards.
