??? - just wanting to enquire where is this place and are those different details above such as correct swell direction/wind/how big it gets actually true

ive basically been informed by the numerous comments before that this spot really isnt worthwhile as the core of big swells wont be going to this little harbour. however it has caught my attention and i would like to go down and have a geeze sometime just to have a little look into whether or not the myths are truthful, if u could help it would be much appreciated

balmoral - balmoral is honestly good only about 4 days a year, and when it is good, its great fun out at mansions. manely for bodyborders though. when its big, go out! have some fun

honestly - balmoral isnt at all its cracked up 2 be.on the weekend wen sydney was hit wiv the big storm i checked it out it was 2 foot close outs in other words crap! and u get the rich mosman kids trying body board losers i tell u. if u wonna go 2 a real place go 2 dubriod head it was crackin! and people say that the beaches get maxed out wen theres a wave there well thats bull i went 2 manly on friday and brown water on sat and it was an easy 10 ft and fine
