Barahona must be explored!!! - The coast of Barahona, a Southwestern province of the DR is largely virgin. its orientation facing East/SouthEast is advantaged for most of the caribbean ground swells, so it is surfable all year round. I knew someone that surfed Paraiso, just South of this spot and spoke wonders of it. This region of the DR is ideal for a group surfari.
