info. on Italian surf spots - Hello, I'm going to San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy with the music department at my school in early May. Can anyone tell me where I can find a surfshop to rent a surfboard? Any info./websites would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Marche - For the first post. There is a good surfshop not far from the spot. It's selling kites, wind and surfboards but I don't know if it's renting too... But you can ask there if you can borrow or rent from locals.. People are friendly.Sencond post: Wave are pretty frequently in winter time but not that big and water could get very cold around Christmas up to March... about 8 - 10 degrees celsius. If get there in summer you can stay even one month without seeing a swell and if it comes it usually last not more then a coplue of days... Fall it's the best time to come!Enjoy your time here
