At Low or mid tide it can be a sponger's dream. It's basically a shorey, but it can stay open for a good, fast ride. If you wipe-out you WILL hit the bottom, but at low tide that's just sand so take your beats and enjoy them! As the tide pushes up you get closer to the rocks either side of you, and at high tide you'll struggle to see a breaking wave as it gets pretty back-washy.

It rarely gets crowded as if the conditions are good for Rinsey then leven and P Sands will also be working.
