- The wave is sick, there is always swell out there, just hit it when there is no wind or light north - north easterlies,
u have to waves out there a wedge and a point break, has to be alitttle bigger for the point break,

- this is just a mass of white water.. couldnt imagine a wave there being worth surfing

Been surfed for years - This is a gower spot so no Idea why it has been listed here.
There are 2 close wave the outer waves which is a wedging slab, can get very shallow and only works on some swells, and the inner wave which can be long on big swells, this place works on the same conditions as and gower reefs, n/e wind. Does pick up loads of swell but if its small needs to be a big tide to get shallow enough to break.
I have surfed from 2-8ft out here safe as any reef on the gower, and the waves stops breaking before the causeway gets covered.
