Needs a good W swell to be good. Hollow and powerful, be aware of currents. a lot of boards are broken here.
Fun when then waves are on, but you might catch a bad vibe from the more "a-hole-ish" locals

nothing special - it RARELY goes off as in the pix. a few local jackoffs spoil the whole vibe for everyone, and the joke is they're all fat, middle aged and hostile. get a job gramps.

Venice Surf Is For The Birds - The waves here are closed out, not to mention the poluted water, and transients that make the whole scene ghetto. Surfers in Venice, the whole idea of a surf scene in Venice makes me laugh. The pictures posted for Venice are few and far between. I feel for the locals, you guys got it bad if you consider Venice your spot. Having a few good days a year at my home break would'nt satisfy me.

da corean/asian local by da only coean -V- loc - aloooha!venice is my home "local" break... been sufin here fo... about 5 years... if you don't like venice... don't come... if you do like venice... respect all da way... and enjoy :) but no respect!? you don't get to enjoy... just respect... datz all... pier or breakwater... every where...shakaloha my -V- braddahz...you know who i am... haha...
