This wave has it all: a barrell, a lip to hit, a wall to carve and a perfect cutback section. Then it deposits you in the channel and a slight rip escorts you right back to the take off spot.
Atmosphere
This spot is best when using a fish to access the foam dome. An almond shaped barrel that empties into the channel will give you irie vibrations. The cliffs produce a natural and earthy vibe that creates a harmonization with the elements. Having an open mind will help you better connect with the motion of the ocean, so grab a fish and paddle out with a smile.
General
a couple rules that will keep things mellow: experiment with equipment, dont wear a leash, respect and a smile will be returned with the same, give a wave to get a wave, and most importantly, be a good earth dweller by not littering and picking up trash you see on the way out.

Ian's is the inside right .... - Wise not to listen to Semester Lokes for your details on inside Sub Left, or any other Cliff's spots! The cozmo locals may or may not of had a name for this place, but a majority of the legitimate local OB/PL rippers called it Juberries since the late 80's. So there you have it.

Not Sub Bowl - Sub bowl is the inside left. Ian's is the inside right that dumps into the Ab channel. Beautiful almond shaped barrels for days; if you like this wave be sure to check out crack pipes about a mile to the south...epic

Ugh - Thanks god I moved to the tropics, I used to wait days for just the right conditions to score that little wave, I grew up a mile from it...last couple times out some major hassles with doucebags that I had never even seen there before! Just not worth it
