PArking can be tough, but it's an easy, scenic walk. It's in the middle of a very nice, rich neighborhood. The people are very nice, but the older local surfers know thier rights. It's a consistant spot, that is always worth a look. Esp if the inlet is crowded, which it usually is.

Mixed crowd of guys over 50 on theier long boards, young gromms, and middle aged guys like me. For the most part everyone gets along, but there is a pecking order.
